Pros:
The staff was friendly and helpful. I signed up for tthe Alamo insider and got a discounted rate, I did my reservation on line and put in all my info which made it easy and quick to pick up the car..I use the kiosk to pick up my car and transaction done in less than 15 min. as i bypassed the counter7.2 Good

There was some black stuff on the rear bumper. The passenger side rear window does not go up all the way without assistance. The person that rented us the car....I felt like he was doing us a favor!9.6 Wonderful

Honda Civic is a fuel efficient car.Cons:
Manager ignored my objection that outside of car and windows were smeared and dirty upon delivery. The car was sandy and filthy inside, including old fried potatoes, empty bottle, and drink stir sticks. It’s hard to believe anyone at all tried to clean the car before it was delivered to me for my family’s Christmas vacation! When I asked for a refund, Enterprise Corporate offered a 30% credit only and blamed their cleaning vendor instead of addressing their manager’s failure and disrespect for their Customers.3.6 Poor

Nice cars, good price and great location in the heart of tourist area of Waikiki.Cons:
They were not prepared for the customers even though everybody had prior reservations. We waited on the location about 3 hours for a car to be available for us. Poor handling of staff, it was a great mess for dozens of customers.10.0 Wonderful

Waited 40+ minutes for vehicle; wrong car delivered with 5/8 tank of gas; had to return with full tank, which meant paying for 13 gallons, but only drove 100 miles.5.2 Fair

When we booked the car we specified pick up on Waikiki and then drop off at the airport. It was not until we picked up the car that we were told that there was a $75.00 charge for this. There was a screw up and the bell boys did not bring the car around. We had to wait 45 minutes and would have waited longer but my wife ran back to the Dollar to find out what was going on. The Dollar clerk had to come to the hotel and get the bell boys to bring the car around.3.6 Poor

Gentleman at checkin was friendly and efficient.Cons:
When I turned in the vehicle, the clerk told me the total should be $ 255 (and some change) right? I said I'm not sure. He looked at me as if he was looking for and answer so I looked through my purse and found the original receipt provided. It stated that the estimated total for the car should be $ 260.20. He took the paper from me, mumbled something under his breath and adjusted his computer to total $260.20. He then said they forgot to add some charges and that everything varies, depending where you pick up and drop off and lots of things vary. I picked up and dropped off the car at the same place and before time. I understand it's not even a $5 difference but it's the principle. You state one total, look at me to confirm and then adjust based on a paper that says "estimated", only to tell me you forgot to add something. It just doesn't make sense but understand that i guess you have to make every penny count. It left a nasty impression.Autorent Car Rental
