The vehicle on the website when booking was different to the actual vehicle I was allocated upon pick up. So wasn’t very pleased with this false advertising. Upon pick up the customer service was terrible, the lady at Sixt tried to make it out as if she was being helpful when in actual fact she wasnt. I would never book through Kayak and Sixt again. We had to pay for an extra driver as the kayak/or sixt system would automatically put in that the driver was the person whos name was on the credit card. We weren’t informed of this when booking, and the sixt agent said they could do nothing about this and that it was Kayaks fault and we had to pay more money. We also had to pay more insurance as when we tried to book it said the insurance didn’t work but we didn’t get a chance to cancel the booking we just had to pay more at the counter, again being told “not their fault “.
