The person who checked us in
Long wait to get checked in. 40+ people in line and only three people at the check in desk. Others behind the desk just talking.
I paid for a tower room and they overbooked. The pyramid room I was provided is dated. The beds are extremely soft and uncomfortable.
Worst stay in Vegas Ever
Location Room size
Room was dirty. Bathroom light in room was not working. Maintenance supposedly “fixed it”. Instead of not working the light kept flickering like a poltergeist movie. My second call to maintenance was never answered. I had to get dressed to go out an a Saturday night with no useable bathroom mirror. Also my second room,, there was some form of delivery or furniture going on that woke everyone up before 7 on a Sunday morning
A night at the luxor
I had a bed
The hallways had chipped paint and dirty, the elevator looked as it had taken a beating and The room was outdated and dirty..There was toilet paper and an flushed toilet... Zero amenities in the room... Extremely disappointing...Mever again...
The hotel smelled clean and not as Smokey as other hotels. The tram helped to get to the MGM to catch the monorail.
The location isn’t ideal as it is on the very south end of the strip. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room one day after we removed the do not disturb sign.
Resort fee.. paying parking.. no fridge in the rooms and no coffee makers .the.Lost and found is a joke . Long lines at checking...I have stayed at luxor many times before .this was the last time ..never again!!
Room run down front desk pretty much take or leave it, rooms need updating wall peeling shower caulking falling off,

By using Kayak, I was able to spend the night at the Luxor for $70 TOTAL. Amazing location for an early flight and tons of great places to eat, entertainment, and shopping. I'll be back!
It was clean, staff is friendly, good deals
You have to pay for parking plus elevators sound like they’re about to break
