This facility is dated. The wear and tear are showing (e.g., there was visible damage on the door frame). The bathroom wall had big stains, and the protective glass of the artwork in the bathroom had visible stains (that were different than the stains on the wall). It surely is not what you would expect from a 4-star hole in the US (let alone an upscale city like Pasadena). The tea bag refills on the coffee/tea station were hit or miss. Two days out of 5, I got no tea bags. The window of the room I stayed faced an external staircase; if I opened the shades, my room would be visible to any person on the staircase.
