Elevator out of service for one day and staff told us to climb stairs, and I was on 7 floor. Another old couple had to climb to 14 floor. That is just not acceptable.

Cons (-) Basic and parking expensive. Lobby renovated as well as rooms but lacks any character and not consistent with charm of Pasadena. A walk to most areas with not much around the hotel itself to do.

Pros (+) Very clean. Very spacious rooms. I love the comforters and the pillows and all the blankets and sheets. Good size of a mini fridge. I like the coffee provided in the rooms, Coffee Bean! The first encounter the employee pretended like he did not hear my husband speaking clearly to him.
