The staff goes above and beyond to help you out whenever there’s an issue, and they are so courteous when doing so!!! You really are feeling very well looked after! 100% would recommend and will be back there again!

Pros:

I got the car I ordered after threatening to go to the ACCC. I did then follow through as it is illegal to use a bait and switch model which CarTrawler employs: advertise a top model car at a heavily discounted price and when then IMMEDIATELY supply another cheaper vehicle. Fraudulent. I hope you are fined or banned from the Australian market for being a part of this deceptive behaviour.

Cons:

I liked the car but it took several hours of phone calls to the fraudulent companies involved, three of them, to force their hand.

The car booked was not available as I was told my booking was wrongly done in a smaller category than what I booked. However Hertz replaced my booking with a better car at the same price and I was happy with it.

We had a lot of trouble organising different drop of f In the future with car hiring please make it easier for people who have learning disabilities I had a lot of trouble working out how to do the rental agreement on line which made my anxiety and depression hit the roof and I was crying cause I didn't have anyone to support me though the appointment 😒😪🤧
