Center of the city with easy access to go everywhere. Metro, train to Sentra, etc. a few away from hotel near the square you can buy Lisbon card with unlimited metro bus connections and train to sintra.

Very good location and the rooms are nicely decorated. Staff are very pleasant.
Rooms are small so if you have lots of luggage may not be a great stay.

The location was the best thing in this whole experience. The hot water wasnt working, and they didnt have anybody to fix until monday, so the whole week was taking cold water.

They didnt even try to make me more comfortable, like Im sorry we can give you free breakfast or anything. Super disappointed and not coming back. I go to Lisbon every month and not going back to this hotel.

Everything was outstanding except for one thing: there was an overbearing and pungent smell in our bedroom. It was so powerful that even some of our clothes still wreck of it. Because this was a short break I endured it but it needs to be urgently addressed. Staff, location and breakfast all fabulous.
