We loved the location! Tucked back in London, we felt safe and secure. The amenities were good and tour recommendations were great!
The beds are very uncomfortable and the staff wasn’t as familiar with local questions/advice for entertainment as we have hope for. Breakfast only included toast and apples. Otherwise, good stay.

Maybe more varieties to the breakfast? Padlock was not provided for locker in locker 3, room 129. Lack of signages to the entrance of the lodge.

Breakfast from early morning and really teasty. Lunch from 5p.m. In good price and big portion :-) all be good :-D

Receptionist was not able to properly investigate the case about my stolen bottle of wine. Even though I showed her the actual thief, she was scared to confront him. Moreover the guy drank the wine inside the property, according to rules he had to be thrown away. The issue may be considered as bad facilities, but still this tome it was the staff’s job to help.

The food is good and I had and amazing time.
I would like if some of the bathrooms can have a detachable or flexible handle especially for women who wouldn't have to wet their hair while bathing. Not everyone likes the shower.

“One of the best place I have been. The workers from A to Z are very professional and lovely people. The place is very, very clean. Large rooms with comfortable beds. I think the best way to describe this hostel is to call it a semi paradise to compare with other lovely places I have been. ”

“22 Bed dorms can get a bit too stuffy, but that's true for all hostels. Mattress was not very comfortable. All other amenities and facilities were good. Clean bathrooms and good staff. Breakfast is good.”
