I stayed 3 days. It was -3 degrees, the windows were opened and was impossible to close it. The frigobar was broken, the was no hair dryer, the internet was very poor. I open the closet and the dust cover me. A new hotel with poor facilities

Pros (+) Breakfast was the best we had in Europe. Staff was great. Room was comfy. Great location near tube and attractions. Would stay there again.
Pros (+) Bimal was incredibly helpful.
Cons (-) The rooms were VERY small. We switched from a postage stamp sized room to one with another 10 square feet. The cleaning staff talked loudly on their cell phones as they went from room to room.
