Charming and hip hotel with different kind of accommodations. We (family of 4) stayed in a Private Super-Six and really enjoyed the room. The kids absoloutley loved the bunk beds and the room was both cosy and stylish. The rooftop bar and pool was super cosy and a nice place to hang out on, both for a drink and to relax in the afternoon with the kids.
We would have loved warmer bedding. Blankets and linnen was provided but heavier blankets or duvets would have been nice since nights in november are slightly chilly.
The rooftop pool was awesome. Super nice staff. Good decor and vibes. Great location and neighbourhood. The quad room is well conceived with thought given to the practicalness of staying in a four man room (the USB charging sockets by each bed and separate shower and toilet for example.)
We weren't made aware of things like free coffee and then weren't reimbursed for coffee that we had bought. We were given a view of a wall in a room without sunlight despite booking and paying for a city view. The additional facility fee which covered things which A) are included at all other hotels, i.e. cleaning B) Couldn't be opted out of C) Weren't actually supplied. The wait for the elevators became decidedly annoying when staying for more than a couple of days. Poor facilities in the hotel room (lack of desk, lack of clothes rail and hangers, lack of drawers)
Mattress was super comfortable. Location great and the rooftop & swimming pool just amazing!
Breakfast was just a brownie and an apple. A bit overpriced in the end. Don't know if it was because of a big conference happening during my stay
cool property, nice rooms.
considering the price for a private room they could have easily included waters. i also had an additional charge on my card that i have yet to solve after over a week and several emails.
The hotel itself was wonderful. We got booked into one of the hostel room with two sets of bunk beds which was kind of weird. But we had fun and that would be our only complaint
