Main disappointment was heated pool was cold! When I asked staff why pool was cold they were rude. Rooms looked as if we were in a motel 6 and not worth the price at all.

Nice clean room. Restaurant was open until 11, good service from Ismael. Check in was fast.
I left my jacket in the closet in room. Called numerous times, got the run around. 3 days later they finally said "no one found your jacket". Yeah, right. Had 20 min to bring in rental car, check out and load car or they charge you $30.

The room had rust in the bathroom by the sink they had to Chang me rooms 5 different times because the room wasn’t right and the location was horrible. Homeless people sleeping right by the hotel and far away from everything.
