Arrived to find that the room was not ready at 7.pm. Then given a filthy room later exchanged with a slightly better room. This place is old and dirty, definitely the worse Holiday Inn I've ever been to.
Will not stay here again
When checking in I was told that the room I prepaid for was sold out. They tried to give me a king bed- I wouldn’t mind if I was not sharing my room. I prepaid for a double bed. I showed my confirmation to the desk lady and she showed her manager. Then she came back and said a double room just opened up. Later that night we called house keeping and the front desk and no one would answer. We needed toilet paper because our room didn’t have any extra and was nearly out when we first got there. I had to go all the way to the lobby to ask for some toilet paper. There were four employees chitchatting and did not look too busy to answer my call from the room. Overall will never stay there again.

Only one receptionist for check-in. Took a long time standing in line. especially difficult after a long flight and long time going through immigration at LAX. Should have had more receptionist working the desk. with all the electronic information they should have known many people would be arriving.
The room was a one king size bed, very spacious and clean. Like it a lot
Parking was very expensive and one shouldn't have to pay for parking for the rate this Holiday Inn charged.
Very attentive and friendly
I really enjoyed the fact that right from the start, members of the front desk were friendly and attentive. In addition, everyone else encountered at the hotel was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will be back for sure when I come back to the area!

Room smelled musty. Not the cleanest place. Neighborhood is industrial / business. Left a necklace that was a gift in room. Called guest services. I was told they found it snd it would be mailed to me. 2 snd 1/2 weeks later no necklace.
The staff wad very helpful and respectful. This a very nice hotel. The Business Center was nice but limited for 15 minutes.
There were a limited selection for the Tv. I wish there could have been more channel and more variety. Only thing I didn't like is that you have to spend over 7 dollars to use a credit card.
