Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and venues, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms. However, there were several complaints about unfriendly or unhelpful staff, high parking fees, and some issues with amenities and cleanliness in certain rooms. The free shuttle service and modern facilities were noted as positives by some guests, but inconsistent service and a lack of amenities detracted from the overall experience for others.AI-generated from customer reviews

Worst part is the shuttle drivers, 2 drivers in a row passed us up because we "had too much luggage" until the 3 driver stopped and picked us up. Waiting over 2 hours outside LAX with a small child and grandmother until a shuttle driver was willing to assist us was a terrible experience. Hotel is not very close to the airport. Hotel staff did the bare minimum in assisting. They were just there. No...

The parking lot was very full, people were double parking so it also made it harder to find parking. Everything else is okay
Pros (+) Check in and out was quick and super smooth. Room was nice, comfy bed.
Cons (-) Complimentary water bottles would have been nice. Not a dealbreaker, but something I’m used to from Hilton.
Pros (+) The front desk lady was rude. You have to pay for hotel parking $25 per day
Pros (+) I was able to wash my clothes since they have a washing machine & dryer. Our room & bathroom was very clean. There was good buffet breakfast! very convenient and close to airport. They have a shutttle bus.
Cons (-) When I Checked in, I found out my reservation was given away yo someone else. I booked for a 2 queen size bed and instead they gave me one queen size bed so I had to go back downstairs to ask for a different room. Plus I was charged with a parking fee when I didn’t use their parking.
Pros (+) The houseing staff was magnificent, they went out of their way to find an item I had left behind
Cons (-) The smell of our room
Pros (+) Proximity to airport Nice restaurant Easy check in and check out Frequent shuttle service to LAX
Pros (+) The price was affordable
Cons (-) One of the elevator was under service
