Check in and out was quick and super smooth. Room was nice, comfy bed.
Complimentary water bottles would have been nice. Not a dealbreaker, but something I’m used to from Hilton.
The front desk lady was rude. You have to pay for hotel parking $25 per day
Pros & Cons about my stay:
I was able to wash my clothes since they have a washing machine & dryer. Our room & bathroom was very clean. There was good buffet breakfast! very convenient and close to airport. They have a shutttle bus.
When I Checked in, I found out my reservation was given away yo someone else. I booked for a 2 queen size bed and instead they gave me one queen size bed so I had to go back downstairs to ask for a different room. Plus I was charged with a parking fee when I didn’t use their parking.
The houseing staff was magnificent, they went out of their way to find an item I had left behind

The shuttle they advertise never showed up and I was stuck waiting for over an hour in the rain. When I called the Front Desk, they said it was coming multiple times but it never showed. Eventually they told me they didn't know what happened and to take a cab.....an hour later. Horrible!
We only stayed one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. Check-in was simple and fast, restaurant in the Inn was ok and reasonable, room was very clean, bed was pretty comfortable.
The pillows were like rags tied in knots and put in a pillowcase. The parking was hard to find, there were only a few handicapped spaces and they charged $17. a day to park there, I complained about both things and was told to go back to the 3rd floor get my car and put it in a 20 minutes space... Entering the parking, there is a sign that says if you lose your parking ticket it will cost $200.00 but the machine did not give us a ticket. The lady at check-in said, "Oh, we never enforce that. How were we to know? She did waive the parking fee since I said I was sorry I booked there and wouldn't be back because of the inconvenience and cost of parking.
