Great hotel with high parking rates
Overall experience was five all the way. Great staff, wonderful customer service, comfortable rooms, nice lobby, restaurants and lounges.
Parking attendants were very helpful and nice as well but the hotels policy regarding parking is very steep. The rates are extremely high and should at the very least offer in and out privileges
Undergoing renovations but still very good
I had one of the renovated rooms on the 18th floor. Lights are motion sensors which was pretty cool and an interesting way to save power. Loved the M club lounge the best though and the view is incredible! Over LAX airport. Bed was comfy, desk lighting great. Definitely consider staying here again. I was allowed a 4pm checkout with Marriott benefits - yay! Especially because I had a late flight out.
The ceiling panels in the bathroom had lifted up which wasn't a great look. Only 2 panels. I tried fixing them.
The staff were wonderful and helpful specially D antoine.
I like the enthusiasm of the hotel and the safety,I move from ventana hollywood hotel to marriott because my rental car were vandalized and they should told me about the safety,but they didn't.I regrets my stay there and I have 3 rooms for 319$ plus taxes each room.At Mariott the prices is cheaper 100$ less.

Pool was a bit cold
My kids and I love our stay... Beds were comfortable. . staff was nice and friendly.. The restaurants were delicious.. Love the pool and jacuzzi.. We had a great time.
