Pros:
staff was super friendly and professional at both ends. however, the drop off location was extremely confusing in Salzburg as it was having to go the wrong way on a one way street to return vehicle. the car was superb, luxurious beyond belief and practically drove itself with all the add ons.Cons:
only the return location could be easier to access. otherwise it was the most outstanding experience i have ever had in renting a vehicle10.0 Wonderful

we couldent even take the car because non of our credit card went through. even though all of them worked perfectly fine during our stay in Vienna. the receptionist didnt even try to swipe it or change the machine even when we asked her to. worst experience we ever had with car rental company6.8 Okay

Pros:
The car was easy to drive and clean. Drop-off crew was friendly. Great gas mileage on the car.Cons:
We paid for a GPS system which we couldn't use due to the language setting not functioning properly. We adjusted the language setting to English, but it continued to be in German and we couldn't understand or use the system. It caused a LOT of stress and problems for us, and when we told SIXT about the issue upon arriving to drop off the car, they didn't care at all. We paid for a feature we couldn't use by no fault of our own and I was disappointed in their lack of attention to our concerns and frustration. I am also disappointed in the fact that I bought the suggested insurance on the SIXT website only to be told that it didn't really provide any "real" coverage according to our customer service representative and she really insisted that we had no coverage all and needed to purchase this other insurance in addition to the one we already had. Why not offer this "real" or "all inclusive" insurance on the website when you're confirming the rental of the car instead of at the rental shop? It was a dubious move on their part and I was extremely frustrated that I implemented all suggestions prior to pick up, and then when it came time to get the car, suddenly it just wasn't enough coverage. Very questionable, but you're in a vulnerable position at that point...what can you really do?2.0 Poor

new car, bluetooth, parking sensors, AC, nice infotainment center, easy pick-up / drop-off, good location right at the airport (no need of a shuttle, which is usually the case in US) friendly and courteous staff, price was unbeatable compared to other companiesCons:
need to buy vignettes for different countries (Hungary, Romania), but that is usually the case in Europe; I should have bought a 30-day vignette for Hungary, too, but I bought 2 10-day vignettes, which of course, are more expensive than a 30-day; (it was may mistake, I had rented the car for 10 days, but the vignettes are valid until the end of the 10-th day, not for 240 hours, like the rental car )5.6 Fair
