Pros: I liked the customer service at the counter and the attention to making sure I understood everything about the rental

Nice cars good pickups
Pros: Pick up was fast and efficient. Cars were clean and new and reliable.
Cons: The whole insurance thing in Mexico is challenging and confusing. In this case we took the required 3rd party liability and declined everything else and used our credit card to cover rental car insurance. I always feel very unsure on if I am covered or not. Buying the full insurance package from the rental agency is very expensive.

Car not ready until two hours late!
Cons: Despite having a reserved car at 10:30am, we were still at the counter at 12:20pm. And they didn't have the size we had reserved. It was an incredibly frustrating part of my trip

Needed to change inclusions
Pros: Agent pleasant,, car ready, short ride to depot. Agent was able to reissue the agreement at the same price with full insurance coverage. The original agreement only included mandatory liability insurance although we though we booked with collision damage waiver. Price came out the same.
Cons: This is an independent National Franchisee. We thought we were booking with National. Everything was fine however.

Buenos coches buenos camionetas
Pros: La recogida fue rápida y eficiente. Los coches estaban limpios y eran nuevos y fiables.
Cons: Todo el seguro en México es complicado y confuso. En este caso tomamos el seguro de terceros y rechazamos todo lo demás y usamos nuestra tarjeta de crédito para cubrir el seguro de alquiler de coches. Siempre me siento muy inseguro por si estoy cubierto o no. Comprar el paquete de seguro completo de la agencia de alquiler que es muy caro.

El coche no está listo hasta dos horas tarde!
Cons: A pesar de tener un coche reservado a las 10:30am, todavía estábamos en el mostrador a las 12:20pm. Y no tenían el tamaño que habíamos reservado. Fue una parte increíblemente frustrante de mi viaje

Necesario para cambiar inclusiones
Pros: Agente agradable, preparado para el coche, a un corto trayecto hasta el depósito. El agente pudo volver a emitir el acuerdo al mismo precio con la cobertura completa del seguro. El acuerdo original sólo incluía un seguro de responsabilidad obligatorio, aunque nosotros reservamos con renuncia de daños por colisión. El precio salió igual.
Cons: Se trata de una franquicia nacional independiente. Pensamos que estábamos reservando con National. Sin embargo, todo estaba bien.
