Cons:
The desk agent was unfriendly. The car class was downgraded due to the destination countries. This information was not required when placing the reservation and the agent blamed it on me that I haven't given the necessary information. The car class was much lower than the intended one and the price was only symbolically reduced. We had to take the car because otherwise we would have had to cancel and re-plan our trip. If I had booked directly with Sixt, I would have asked for a compensation. I kindly ask you to handle the case if it is possible and inform me about the out comings. Thank you.8.8 Very Good

Once there, easy to pick up the car.Cons:
I thought we were renting from th airport, found out the location was downtown Munich. Barely made it there before they closed. Really Kayak's issue.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The car I rented was specificaly advertised as a BMW Convertable. When I got to the pick up place I was informed they do not stock convertibles ever at that location. It was a bait and switch.4.0 Mediocre
