The car was not cleaned on the outside. Also, halfway through our trip the "oil change required" sign came on. I checked the oil level myself and found that it was low, so I bought the recommended oil and topped it up. However, the "oil change required" sign still kept popping up.. this part was annoying.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
I got a quote through Kayak for 68.58 Euros for two days hire, but wanted to add a third. Very helpful girl in the office did this and although this is not her fault once the added insurance was included the final bill including a reasonable 15 euros to drop at the airport was 189 Euros. 3 times more expensive than the quote. The address to find the hire location is misleading and even the shops round the corner didn't know where they were or the taxi driver. This needs to be updated as in 33 degree heat on our visit, we didn't need this stress. Staff at the return centre in Munich airport rude and unhelpful.Cons:
Very tidy little car and staff were lovely and helpful. Could speak fluent English, but also willing to speak German when I triedkeddy by Europcar
