Pros:The car was greatCons:Staff should come out and explain the starter, lights, wipers, how to open gas cap, etc. A 5 min review would be helpful. Every rental car is different. I frankly found the guide not that good. Hard to find what you are looking for. Its safety to check all those things before driving. Not everyone can read english and french.Reviewed 3 Oct. 2019

Hidden rulesPros:The location at the airport was nice and price seemed fair.Cons:Nowhere did it say I needed to have a non GDL license to rent from this location so I book it for the weekend only to show up after getting off the plane and was told i could not rent from them. Lucky for us Hertz was right beside and accommodated us so we weren't stranded. The employees at national were very nice but the policy was dumb. They should make that very clear right when you book.Reviewed 23 Jul. 2018
