Pros: Staff were nice and car was reasonably priced
Cons: Car smelled horribly of cigarettes. I went back and asked for a different car, which had the same problem. Staff were unsurprised you hear that the cars had strong smoke smell and did not have another car to offer. I tried to clean myself and keep windows open as I needed the car but the smell was awful. I have never experienced such a poorly cleaned/smoke ridden rental car.

Pros: It was a new reliable car that drove nicely. Pick up and drop off was easy and convenient.
Cons: I had to take the car home right after pick up to clean the inside of the windshield. It was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. We packed up the car and left for our vacation. When we arrived at our destination, we pulled the suitcases out of the trunk to find them to be wet! We drove through some rain and apparently it makes it's way inside the trunk. We had some wet clothes which was a huge inconvenience to try to get dey in a hotel room. It wasn't a good way to start my vacation.

Pros: Car was great overall and staff was also great!! Easy process for pick up and drop off!
Cons: Inside wasn’t very clean. You could tell someone before had rented with a dog or animal as white hairs were still near around shift console and on sides of seats/ back of trunk area.

New Bedford Budget is awesome
Pros: The lady who waited on me was an angel! Somehow my reservation had been canceled but she got me the car I needed and a slightly better deal than my original reservation! I was in and out in 20 minutes. AND the drop off in New Jersey I was waited on even though I had gone to the Budget vs Avis which was what the car had papers for. Thanks for the awesome service!

Pros: Pick-up was a breeze, and received friendly and helpful customer service there. The price was great. Car ran smoothly and without issues.
Cons: The car smelled of cigarettes. Drop-off was a bit on the slow side.

Pros: good price
Cons: first car smelled like cigarette smoke. second appeared to have a gas leak. can't believe they were going to let us drive away in a vehicle like that - very dangerous

Never got my car
Cons: Rental place called me the night before to tell me they didn't have my car. When I called in the morning (4 hours after the reservation time) they still didn't have my car. I never got the rental that day.

Pros: Fue un coche nuevo y fiable que manejó muy bien. La recogida y el traslado de vuelta fue fácil y conveniente.
Cons: Tuve que llevar el coche a casa justo después de recogerlo para limpiar el interior del parabrisas. Estaba tan sucio que no podía ver de él. Llenamos el coche y nos fuimos para nuestras vacaciones. Cuando llegamos a nuestro destino, sacamos las maletas del maletero para encontrarlas húmedas. Conducimos a través de una cierta lluvia y aparentemente hace que sea manera dentro del tronco. Teníamos ropa húmeda, lo que fue un gran inconveniente para intentar descansar en una habitación de hotel. No fue una buena manera de comenzar mis vacaciones.

Pros: El coche era genial en general y el personal también era genial. Fácil proceso de recogida y devolución.
Cons: Por dentro no estaba muy limpio. Se podía ver que alguien antes había alquilado con un perro o animal, ya que el pelo blanco todavía estaba por la consola de cambio y en los lados de los asientos / parte trasera de la zona del maletero.

El nuevo presupuesto de Bedford es impresionante
Pros: ¡La señora que esperó en mí era un ángel! De alguna manera mi reserva había sido cancelada, pero me consiguió el coche que necesitaba y un poco mejor que mi reserva original! Estaba dentro y fuera en 20 minutos. Y la caída en Nueva Jersey me esperaron a pesar de que había ido al Presupuesto vs Avis que era lo que el coche tenía papeles. ¡Gracias por el impresionante servicio!
