The stay was great! The only part that was not great were 1) the bellmen at the entrance: they are rude and uninterested in helping. They are just there talking to each other and never opened a door, or helped with anything. Pros (+) I liked the location of this hotel. It is close to United nations building. The room was very clean and overall ambience of the hotel is quite good. I would like to stay again in this hotel.

Pros (+) The One UN New York was very comfortable and well maintained. I particularly liked its proximity to the UN Headquarters, where I was attending a meeting. An added plus was the great views from my room to the south and west, so I could see the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building.
