When checking in I was charged a $40 per night “destination fee” to cover things like the hotel gym, wi-fi and in room coffee service. We received coffee only one of the four nights there and that too...

Cons (-) Not all electrical outlets appeared to work, poor hot water for shower. Ended up taking a cold shower.

Pros (+) A small boutique hotel in the center of every and right on 42nd Street. The rooms are small but adequate for two people. The lighting controls are unique and nice.
Cons (-) A broken faucet which should have been fixed before a guest was sent to that room.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly. We felt really welcomed.
Cons (-) The shower curtain smelled like wet towel. The AC was not cold enough and was very loud. You can hear every time a door closes in the hallway.
