Place isn't clean. Very bossy staff and owners. Small, smelly rooms. AC doesn't function. No instructions for operating equipments. Wiring is open, loose and scary. Trash bins are small and main trash bin are overflowing for two days. Bees and insects are all around. Requests to adjust customers plans are non responsive. Promise breakfast, however the petty things like toaster don't operate. Breakfast is served on a small table and place for 32 rooms. Long lines and wait time, which will force you skip the breakfasts.

I appreciated the attendent staying up late waiting for to arrive to register. My complaints were handled very quickly the following day when they were brought to their attention. The toilet didn't work, the bed didn't have a blanket, there was no heat, and my neighbours were very loud very late in the night (not really the fault of Falcon Inn). If I could have stayed only one night instead of two nights, I would have.

nothing,i was surprise,when the manager told me that we dont change the sheet evry nignt,those were very dirty,and when i told her she told me i will call the police for you,i was very surprised the room was very dirty,the staff was very bad,and whwn you ask for a good service they told me we will call a police,so i want to know were to make a plainte,the information on internet are all false

rooms have mini fridge and microwave. This is a two star motel at a two star motel price. For what we paid, we were satisfied. it appeared that only 3 of 33 rooms are non-smoking so you have to explicitly request a non-smoking room when you get there (they put us in a smoking room at first, but changed our room to a non-smoking room at our request).
