Boarding had poor communication. Passengers didn't get clear directions to prepare for Boarding. The plane was an older model which had some issues with operating the seats (the staff was great). Due to age the seat cushions were compressed and less comfortable than expected.
The airline is ok, but it needs to improve it schedules.
Better connections, much better cabin crews, much cleaner aircraft than Qantas, American and probably others.
The flight attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything ran on time. I highly recommend Fiji Airways.
Fiji Business Class was value for money. Would do again for a long haul flight.
The part that really made for a poor trip was that we checked luggage, and it took 1.5 hrs. to get our luggage. This made it so we barely got to our next flight. We were the last ones on board.
Staff was very helpful, polite, efficient. Food was excellent. Business class seat very comfortable.
We recently flew on FIJI AIRLINES, what a breath of fresh air! From their customer service at the ticket counter/ Baggage check to the flight attendants on the plane! When I bought the tickets they were the least expensive too! I took a picture of one of the flight attendants scoop up a very fussy baby and walk her around the plane, to give her parents a break. I would love to submit, but don’t know how. Meals were great, also complimentary beer and wine was a pleasant surprise!
The business class seat was not very comfortable . Fortunately it was a short flight
check-in at sydney was a bit disorganized. one well-dressed woman appeared to be in charge, staring at others who were not ready and checking in passengers. one person at business class check-in, was sarcastic and only mentioned the gate assignment, no bother to mention the lounge access etc... the crew on board was stellar. so polite, helpful and respectful. the meals were great, endless beverages, and the a350 is spectacular with the seat/bed, amenity kit, television, bedding, headphones. first time flying fiji airways- honolulu- fiji-sydney, and sydney-fiji-los angeles, all in business class. their fares are much more affordable than other carriers. hopefully, one day, they will use a widebody aircraft from honolulu- fiji, since it is a nearly 7-hour flight and the 737-max 8, although comfortable, would be better with a widebody plane.
We got to experience Premium Economy from Sydney to Auckland and it was a great experience wiht Air New Zealand. The crew was friendly and helpful.

Your entertainment could be better. I flew on Air New Zealand in January so was expecting a better choice in February...but no luck. Same choices and also could have a better selection. Otherwise, lovely service, the purser came to our seats to welcome us. Overall, very nice. Direct flight from Auckland to YVR was fantastic!
I was not even on that flight and did not even book a ticket. Kayak did a phenomenal job

I love the “boarding from the back” idea - it’s so much better than the “Zones” idea that many others use. Also, the inflight wifi was a first for me! Very nice to have on a 13-hour flight!
typical long haul economy flight. Food was mediocre, inflight service was average. Offered in flight snacks but in seat ordering didn't work. Entertainment was good.
Can you please process refund. Mum died and dad went to Pakistan to bury her after cancelling flight.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.
My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.
The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.
We requested special assistance and Cathay Pacific provided it in Sydney, but we were completely forgotten about in Hong Kong - when we really needed the help to catch our connecting flight. Really disappointing service.

From the assistance she received at Sydney Airport while boarding the plane to the help she was given when arriving at Wagga Wagga Airport, every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made her feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout her journey. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make my mother's trip such a wonderful experience. My flight with Qantas was excellent, the crew were exceptional, the food was very good, and the seats were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I was extremely disappointed when my checked bag did not make it onto my connecting flight, but was pleased with the ease of filing a report of a missing bag with Qantas at the Auckland airport - there, my pleasure ended. I can see, with an apple tag on my bag, that it is still in Sydney and has not moved in more than 30 hours. I shared the tracking information with Qantas and was assured when I filed the missing bag report that my bag would be delivered first thing the next morning on the next flight from Sydney to Auckland. Qantas' missing bag tracking feature still lists its status as "searching for your bag, check back later" more than a full 24 hours after filing the report despite my having shared tracking information, a photo of the bag, and calling the customer care line and being assured that an "urgent action message" had been sent to the team in Sydney. The lack of communication from Qantas' customer service department and the lack of action after an incredibly expensive business class ticket price is outrageous and has, definitively, affected my willingness to consider flying Qantas in the future, much less on long-haul international flights with high cost airfare.
Going from Sydney to London on a single flight number was very convenient, not having to worry about changing planes. Entertainment system on A380 economy cabin is very dated. Lavatories are small. The self serve refreshments have been significantly reduced since the A380 first started.

It seems that qantas are trying hard to regain their status as Australia's premier airline. I only flew economy but happy with the service entertainment, food, configuration everything.

All things were below standard. There were 2 crew on the flights but didn't ask for water. The flight connection was poor for 4 hours.

No charger and no entertainment on the way back. The plane's super old-like 80s old-with zero TVs. At least the free Wi-Fi works, so definitely bring your iPad. Also, no meal on this 7-hour flight.
The upgraded seats on the smaller flights I guess is a toss up if you get a full meal. We paid less for the ticket on the way there and got a full meal where we got a snack and drink on the way home. The lounge was also in the other terminal too. No entertainment on the seat and no wifi on the plane.
Terrible!!! We did not get the seats we bought!!! Therefore the trip was not comfortable and we will not buy airline tickets through Kayak ever again!
I didn't like that my wife and I had different experiences in the check-in process. We did not book our flights together. My wife had a default seat selection as a window seat whereas my seat defaulted to a middle row, middle seat selection. Why wouldn't I have the option to have a free seat at a window? Is it because my algorithm knows that I'll end up paying for the upgrade?
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The crew were not friendly or welcoming, which made the flight less pleasant. Our flight was delayed, and we almost missed our connecting flight because of it. To make matters worse, the gate number shown on the digital ticket was incorrect, causing unnecessary confusion and stress before departure. Overall, the lack of accurate information and poor customer service made this a frustrating travel experience.
I have flown this route before, so far they have been unable to depart on time, then my connecting flight was canceled, likely due to this vs fake mechanical issues
My entertainment system was not working for the entire trip. I notified the flight attendant but nothing was changed. I did not get chance to have any movie for entertainment for the entire 13 hrs trip.

My experience was good. On my return my screen had a glitch but the movie, show and internet options were good. Seats were comfortable, as comfortable as a plane could get in economy. Friendly service. Only complaint would be high price.
