Location was great - easy walking distance to falls. Heidi on reception was very professional and knowledgable Food was good
Waiting staff in general were very poor and very slow. In the 4 days we stayed we had to wait to be seated even though we had a reservation and there were empty tables. Slow to bring drinks, and even forgot one of the courses. However when it came to producing the bill they were all smiles and very speedy.

The vicinity to the Falls, superb evening meal, great breakfast and the most welcoming and friendly staff. Generally an excellent place to stay.

Great location. Doesn't get any closer to the falls than this hotel with this kind of value and facility. Own kitchen, bubbling bath in double bedroom suite and free on site carpark.

Everything was wonderful, from the check in staff, who was so kind and helpful, to the DELICIOUS Free full breakfast, to the staff that shipped our clothes home to us because we accidentally left them in the closet. We couldn’t believe that we could WALK to the falls , and could’ve walked over to Canada. If we were there longer we would’ve. I would definitely recommend the Red Coach Inn. They were amazing!!!!
Parking was a little sparse? But it was Free!!! I really can’t complain about that.

It opened in 1923 and guests can hear the rapids from any room that they are staying in. The hotel features 37 rooms.

“The inn was was a few steps from the falls, restaurants and Canada. Loved the ambiance and staff was excellent. Free breakfast was definitely a perk as well.”

I really liked the charm of the historic building, and it was so close to the American falls, you could hear the roar, Breakfast was wonderful; anything off the menu (I had the breakfast steak), an extra side, hot beverage, and cold beverage. The suite was basically a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and upscale bathroom (We stayed in the Nottingham suite). We walked to the Made of the Mist and Goat island from the hotel. Yes there is more to do on the Canadian side (Casinos etc), I was staying for the State Park.”
