Cons:

We prepaid for this reservation--or so we thought. Upon arrival, we discovered that the costs were actually much higher than anticipated. There seemed to be several reasons/excuses for this. Insurance coverage--which we would normally decline, but seemed like a good idea in Italy--was outrageously expensive. We were also charged for an "additional driver" even though we are a legally married couple (it's unclear whether the fact that we are both male played into that). We were in a hurry, and so had to accept all these fees in order to get to our destination on time.

Pros:

Nothing. Worst car rental experience to date unfortunately

Cons:

Was charged close to 400 euro even though my quote was for 275 usd. People at the pickup spoke limited English and refused to answer questions when asked about the price. Added GPS even though I asked to have it removed. Waited an hour just to rent the car and there were a ton of people also boiling and yelling making the situation quite chaotic

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

What a mess of a service. I booked a standard car for one week and was told that not only did they not have my car available anymore, the price of my original booking more than tripled as I arrived "late" (due to delayed flight of 90 minutes). What appalling scam artistry.

Pros:

car was just okay, more expensive than anywhere else i rented in italy...

Cons:

waited 15-20min while no one was at the counter and the person went on a cigarette break! typical italian thing to do!

Pros:

Costumer service was great. Car was nice and riding smooth

Cons:

Wait too long to get the car from the desk, there was only 1 guy and at least 10 ppl waiting for the cars. They store the car seat for the babies outside and since it rained they were all wet
