Pros: Property, location, and hotel itself was pretty good!
Cons: Management, reservations, very unethical business practices! Cross your fingers that you don't have to deal with management and can just get into the hotel without problems. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional or unethical privately owned hotel in my life... You have been warned! We were told we made two [2] reservations for the same days, guests, and would be responsible for paying for both even though it was a clear mistake on the hotels part. We are working through the credit card company now to turn them in!

Pros: The hotel is located very close to numerous shops and busy areas of Palm Springs. With all the lush landscaping and greenery it was very calm and quiet. We were within walking distance of just about anything. A quite pleasurable experience. Only negative comment was the morning breakfast/brunch. they served hot omlettes but lacked most other things you would find at other continental breakfasts like bagels, fruit.

Pros: Patio and pool area with opportunities to relax quietly with a drink or casual food. Easy walking to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful landscaping. Room was comfortable. Front desk very helpful. All staff were friendly.
Cons: Shower temperature control difficulties in holding a comfortable temperature. Would get scalding hot. Air conditioner fan very loud. Cable TV didn’t seem to have a What’s On channel. Bath tubs should have grab bars.

Pros: It's very close to the shops, it's clean, it's reasonable and it has a/c. The free breakfast was pretty good - I know I got full on my omelet, watermelon and toast and the table next to us had about a zillion yummy looking waffles. I wouldn't honeymoon here or take an extended weeks stay and live it up but for passing through for one night for the price - it's fine.
Cons: They didn't enforce the swimming after 10:30 rule as some young guys were in there after 12:30 and quite loud. Parking was kind of limited so people were parked where they shouldn't but that's not the 'parkers' fault. And agree with the one review with a nice omelet bar but no real side dishes - they couldn't have a side of potatoes or sausage in a catering pan? but wow, these are small issues - like my headline review states - It's fine.

Pros: The staff at Las Brisas were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I slept very comfortably in the cozy bed. Our inclusive breakfast was very nice with not only normal hotel breakfast but omletes and waffles as well.
Cons: My only complaint was waking up very early to the people next door visiting. The wall must not be very sick because we could hear every word that was said.

Pros: The location was extremely convenient. Loved the free breakfast. Enjoyed the pool a lot! My room and bed were comfortable. They are remodeling and everything is looking really nice.
Cons: IT WAS SO LOUD IN EVERY WAY. They warned of construction noise, but that wasn't even really a problem. I could hear EVERY WORD on my neighbor's TV. The people in the hall outside my room were loud. Crazy street noises and car sounds. It was a lot.

Cons: No Breakfast. You needed to schedule pool time (not mentioned until after I made my reservation that day) which for me was early in the morning. All the other hotels had people using their pools. I overlooked the pool and never saw more than 2 people in the pool area at any time. EVEN with Covide-19 rules, they could have let people use the pool. In 110 degrees heat, it would have been nice to at least jump in the pool. There was no mention of not being able to use the pool when I made a nonrefundable payment. I bought ice cream from their kitchen and given a fork to eat it. By the time I realized this I was already back in my room. It is an overpriced, terribly ordinary hotel. Palm Springs has so many better hotels than the Courtyard. I urge you to pick another.

Pros: The room was nice and clean
Cons: We had plumbing issues, the toilet had a slow flow, the bathroom sink and the shower would get clogged every 2 seconds. Pros: Well appointed Comfortable Clean Great pool area Very friendly, courteous and accommodating staff Not luxurious, but quite nice
Cons: Parking was very lacking especially in the self-park area. We came home from a late night at the casino and there was literally no where whatsoever to park. Not in self-park or in valet park. We had to leave our car in the fire lane of the reception drive through area and leave the keys with the front desk so that they could move it if necessary. The valets moved it in the morning and we were not charged for valet parking which was thanks to the great staff.

Pros: This place was so clean! I am so picky about my rooms and pools and Hilton didn't disappoint. Pros: Check in was easy and completely digital. Made arriving late and getting into bed so much nicer. I was also able to have a late check out considering the circumstances I will share.
Cons: I arrived to the hotel very late after getting a flat tire during travel and waiting for aaa. Upon late check in, showering and jumping into bed, I woke up to discover the sheets underneath the comforters were spotted and dirty with something that looked like food, even spreading to my brand new pajamas. The front desk agent and manager had me come down to the front desk three separate times to speak to them and show them my pjs as well as having the housekeeping manager inspect the room and not replacing the sheets. They just left the mattress completely bare. When I asked them what it was on the sheets so I know how to treat my brand new pjs, I was told housekeeping would’ve never left the room in that condition. As a customer who stays frequently with Hilton to the point that I used Hilton points to Book this stay, I felt very unappreciated. Not only did the staff do absolutely nothing to accommodate the poor room conditions, they basically accused me of making the mess myself. Then offered the same discount available as online as an extra discount to accommodate when I stated I was staying two additional nights.

And they didn't nickel-and-dime us for every little thing, such as the toothbrushes we forgot and the room towels we accidentally left at the pool. Pros: We were there mid week so the hotel was very quiet which was really nice. It's possible that on weekends or during high season it would be more of a Vegas type party atmosphere, which is not what we were looking for during our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the towels and linens were of high quality. It was nice that robes were provided for the guest. The pool area was really nice. The restaurant was great. Location was good for walking to everything downtown. We appreciated the free wifi as not at hotels offer this. The front desk staff were very helpful. We asked for extra pillows and a mini fridge which were brought to our room right away. The valet service was also very good.
Cons: The gift shop didn't have the size of t shirt that we wanted to buy, so we didn't end up purchasing one. It was nice to have a balcony with chairs but our "city view" room faced a back alley with a dumpster, which was emptied early every morning. Very noisy and woke us up early both days. Maybe best to ask for the pool view room.

Pros: The valet staff was AMAZING!! They were friendly, fast, and provided us with advice on where to go. They were down to earth, joked around with us, and did not hesitate to carry out luggage to and from the room. Always greeted with a smile. Also, the man at the front desk Gabe was awesome. I felt welcome when checking in, and when my awesome bachelorette picked up every single item in and on the mini bar, Gabe fixed the charges without hesitation. All staff was awesome!!
Cons: I'm not much of a valet girl, I'd rather self park so I didn't like that it's all valet. But like I said, the valet guys were awesome. I also didn't like that for my future sis in laws bachelorette party I couldn't bring in an ice chest or more than 12 beers. Those rules made me feel like maybe next time we'll suck it up, endure the prices and the crowd we don't want to be around and head to Vegas.

Pros: Clean, plush, and spacious room. "Glam" look. Within waking distance to downtown. Easy and polite check in as well as a nice maintainence worker who offered to blow up our floaties.
Cons: Despite the glam look of the hotel, the features were overpriced ($150 to use a cabana when it's dead at the pool except for a family hanging out- only other options were plain beach chairs), pool was not heated and closed at 8pm anyway, only valet parking option. My friend and I ended up driving to ace today's in a row for the pool scene, including their friendly staff walking around asking for drink and food orders, great menu for drinks and food, comfortable amenities at the pool and it wasn't "extra" or "exclusive" to lounge on their big round beds by the pool. Our purpose of taking a vacation was to relax and, while our rooms as nice, we did not feel relaxed at the pool bc it was freezing cold and perhaps bc the hotel is only 3 stories tall it felt like a wind tunnel blowing on your cold wet body. No thank you, we checked out and went to saguaro for a great price and awesome vibe.

Pros: This hotel is outdated, lacking in amenities and decor Top ten worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.The room was supposed to be pool view ,it faced a wall! Parking was a disorganized nightmare . The room had a broken coffee maker a noisy frig that with a freezer covered in frost . Paper cups to drink from ( covered in plastic ) a slip of cutout paper for breakfast ( that I wouldn’t feed my cat ) and the worst was The loudest sound permeating the room at 630 am That was never explained . Sounded like construction or ale complete with wall shaking and other guests banging on walls for it to please stop. Pros: Three location was nice
Cons: I didn’t like that it was supposed to be a special weekend for my girlfriend & I, the toilet didn’t work which was extremely embarrassing for her who found this out as she tried flushing it after using it. We went to the front desk to seek a solution only to find an extremely tired and unfriendly rep not caring for The problem, he said he had one more room which was 2 beds and not what we wanted. Then yo make matters worse his attitude towards it by saying “ I won’t charge you more “ as if he was doing us a favor, by inconveniencing us with the relocation . Overall bad and upsetting experience

Pros: The staff were helpful and tried their best to fix every problem my grandmother had, but the number of issues was staggering, even for a budget hotel. My nephew and I were not bothered when we sat in the lobby waiting for Grandma on multiple occasions.
Cons: Though the staff tried their best to assist my grandmother during her stay, there were an unacceptable number of problems. Their early check-in fee is BS if a room is already clean, especially if the room is booked for a week, waive the damn $25 early check-in fee just to show people that you're going to go above and beyond during their stay. The front desk attendee didn't even go an ask the manager about waiving the fee. Though that was not one of the issues on my grandmother's list (because I paid the hotel charges), it's worth noting that when we were charged that early check in fee, I knew her stay was going to have issues; the two go hand in hand (I know; I work in hotels). There was some waffle syrup on breakfast that made Grandma sick. BED BUGS OR MOSQUITOES: My nephew and I both had our legs bitten up by some kind of biting bug while we visited with Grandma at this hotel. If I had to guess, I'd say they were mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are very rare in the Desert and usually indicate significant amounts of undisturbed water nearby. Perhaps in the planters? We didn't go on a hunt for standing water, but it is certainly something for the hotel to investigate. She was initially checked into room 103. After unpacking and undressing, she had the following problems, which she had to get re-dressed again to go to the front desk to inquire about. Problems include: 1) Sink wouldn't drain - (called engineering, but he wasn't able to fix) 2) Shower faucet wouldn't turn (engineering was called, and he couldn't turn it without a wrench!) 3) When engineering finally turned the tap, there was no hot water in room 103. NO HOT WATER IN A ROOM IS AN AUTOMATIC REFUND IN MY BOOK. THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL TO PUT A GUEST IN A ROOM WITH NO HOT WATER. So they moved her to 101. She packed up everything and moved. 1) They told her "use the first door." She tried the new key on the first door. Nothing. After trying for some time, she asked at the front desk. They came out to try the key, and discovered that they gave her the wrong instructions. It was the second door (the room is a suite/meeting room, so it has two doors). She finally got into the room. 2) They thought it would make her happy since it's more-or-less a suite (although it has couches in it and a label on the door that says "meeting room," which is tacky as hell), but here, too, there were issues. 3) No phone 4) No clock 5) Blinds were bent so didn't stop the sunlight, which came in right in her face across the bed early in the morning. She's used to pitch dark, so put towels up on the windows. There were no curtains in the "suite." 6) Friday there were no face cloths in the towel pile. As you can see, this was fairly terrible as hotel stays go. Please consider some kind of refund. Thank you.

Pros: In this area where everything is very expensive, this is a great budget hotel with the necessary ammenties and nothing more. Perfect for sleeping and grabbing some pool time. Also a really nice, central location.
Cons: No frills. Just a classic budget, chain hotel. Similar to a Best Western or Courtyard type.
"Situated near the airport, this hotel is within 1 mile (2 km) of Baristo Park, Palm Springs Convention Center and San Jacinto Mountains. Palm Springs Art Museum is 1.2 mi (2 km) away. "

Pros: This was my first time ever staying at an Extended Stay America and let me tell you, I will be coming here again and again! Upon check in we were greeted by Aaron. He was beyond nice and very professional. Throughout our stay he was nice enough to order our taxis and suggested places to go. Even though we were there on New Years weekend and I am sure it was fully booked, Aaron remembered my name ever time he saw me in the lobby. The ladies at checkout were sweet. The general manager was also nice. I love that there was no noise from the other rooms around us. We were close enough to everything that we wanted to explore in Palm Springs. I will most definitely be making this hotel my #1 choice next time I am here :)
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that pillows were not comfortable. The best were a little too stiff for my liking.

Pros: As I get older, I am more mindful of potential for slip and fall. The bathroom in particular was well-appointed with grab bars and other amenities which gave me a sense of security. I particularly like the no-slip bathtub floor. The hotel was packed, but not loud. Another big plus. I enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Extended stay fit all my needs while staying in Palm Springs. Plenty of parking, a comfy bed, and air conditioning in 100 degree heat outside. The location was pretty good, I was able to walk (after the sun went down) to downtown Palm Canyon drive area, it was about a 15-20 minute walk. The casino is pretty close by too. I would recommend for anyone.
Cons: The pool was pretty small, and there is no fitness center. Not major complaints, but still would’ve been nice to be able to get a workout in.

Cons: Very poor quality at best. Dirty smells of smoke. Hotel caters to and is indignat to allowing loud partiers rowdy and drinking to all hours of the night.
