Ordered a minivan in advance. When arrived they had none. Forced into a 900eu upgrade to the largest vehicle, a BMW X5 which barely fit 4 adults, one child seat and our luggage. We were cramped for 2 weeks of driving. Tried unsuccessfully to swap cars for a minivan in Belfast.8.8 Very Good

The car we eventually got kept working and did not break down - that is the only nice thing I can say.Cons:
The fact we were left standing outside at night for over and hour waiting on the shuttle service, that we were given a smaller car than that booked, that there were loads of extra charges we could do nothing about was appalling! No sprinkler in the car so could not wash windows! Problems dropping off car - no one at the return location. Lost so much time was late for my flight. Like others, what appeared to be a good deal was really not one. I will never use this company again!keddy by Europcar
