Cons:
Disappointed about the service and staff here. I rent a car from 11:38 11/11/2016, for 4 days till 15/11/2016; then ask for 1 day extension till 16/11/2016 and did ask for return car late at 5pm on 16/11 instead of 12:00pm. A staff said it was fine and didn't mention anything about the charge we need to pay after 12:00pm. I returned a car at 5:00pm on 16/11/2016 and was charged for 2 days extension and was told because any hours after 12:00pm was considered 1 more day rental. Another thing is that there was a cratched in the car before i took. when i returned, the staff went straight away to the cratched and told me to be charged for that. But i took some photos before i took the car , i told them about that then he said it's ok. so terrible.Dollar
