Great classic hotel. Clean rooms. Good air conditioning. Parking. Great view from the window. Unfortunately, we fell into the period of the coronavirus and were unable to get a full breakfast; instead, they brought several sets of fruits, juice, and sandwiches to our room.
It was great value for money. It has a good location with a great restaurant a few steps away. There is also a good supermarket very close to Hotel.
Staff is really helpful!
The pool bar could be better, but still ok.
The location of the hotel was convenient.
We stayed in a triple room - the room wasn't cleaned properly, the phone didn't work well and we woke up the air conditioner spraying water all over the walls and bed someone was sleeping on. After reporting this to the staff, they said they would move us but didn't hear back for 3 hours after we had a full itinerary for that day. After complaining to the reception, they said we would have a room ready upon our return - after getting back the room was no longer available and it was explained the staff hadn't communicated when changing shifts. We were forced to sleep in the room with the faulty air conditioner and the cleaning team just put the beds together as a solution which was terrible. The next morning we were told again they would move us and had to wait for a few hours before being moved into a more basic room on the top floor. The whole experience of interacting with the staff was horrendous, we almost tried to find another hotel for the remaining days but was finding it challenging. We weren't offered any free or discounted stay - instead was just met with the same disrespect we had experienced the entire stay.
2 sockets over 6 working. in bathroom only. no table. no chair. tv broken. trash from previous occupants still in. no refill of shampoo container. in short: typical brasilian standars: sloppy and negligent.
