A comfortable stay. Rooms are a bit dated, but they were clean so I can’t complain! The location isn’t bad if you know what areas to steer clear from. I’d stay again.

Shower pressure was bad, very low. Very noisy location, even late at night. TV was small.
Excellent because it was as expected: clean, comfy, and everything we needed. All staff friendly, especially accommodating front desk and valet!
First, the hotel is old and located near the tenderloin. Second, the room they initially gave us smelled like a mixture of vomit and cleaning products. Seemed like they tried to mask the vomit smell. So I had to stay nearby and waste my day near the ...

Kayak offered a very reasonable and good deal compare to other sites. The hotel was decent with exellent location
Literally across the street from the BART station & a block away from Cable Cars to Fisherman’s Wharff. Easy to get anywhere. Super friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very clean & quiet. Great hotel. Would stay again.
tons of noise outside the hotel in that area starting at 6am. trucks, heavy equipment, construction etc

Nonetheless, the staff were welcoming and helpful. And although pricey, I had enjoyable breakfasts in...

No self parking available. While check-in the receptionist was v rude.
We selected it because it included parking but at arrival they said that it did not and the parking lot was full so the check in agent sent us to another parking lot that was two blocks away. Then when were able to park at the hotel, we had to pay an additional 80 dollars for parking. There were other guest who were also unable to park at hotel. The other thing that we were not happy about was tha...
