Pros: Great location and friendly staffCons: N/A
Close to Fisherman's Wharf but not too close - RooPros: I liked that we were in walking distance of the wharf and North Shore. A few blocks from the congestion of fisherman's wharf gave us some peace and quiet. We were able to sleep with the window's open without the noise from the streets or groups of people invading our space.
New,clean boutique style hotelPros: Super clean
New and very spacious roomsCons: Air scent in lobby TOO strong which appears to be overdone these days in many hotel lobbies
Pros: The staff was awesome! So attentive and willing to help make our stay better. The concierge called to make sure all of our tour and restaurant plans were taken care of properly. Great job!
Pros: LocationCons: Booked and paid extra for king bed, when we checked in there were none available, so still had to pay extra for 2 queens.
Pros: The room cleanliness and decor. Cons: Customer service-I had requested a 1 bed and they initially gave me a double. So we had to go change rooms. Then at 6am there's was a fire drill so everyone had to evacuate but the issue is that the staff never offered an apology.
Pleasant stayPros: I loves the fresh but edgy rooms.Cons: Do the valet parking.
Hidden FeesCons: Got to the check in desk and found out there was a hidden fee of $30 for internet and other incidentals. Bait and Switch
Great Hotel!Pros: Feels like an adventure since it appears to be on a us ship!
Great servicePros: The service, location and amenities were incredible. Very comfy beds! Everything was perfect, except the shower would clogg a bit. Would definetly recommend
I prefer not to stay near the Fishermans WarfPros: Clean, renovated, stylish, friendly, with a perfect location. Not a the over priced dirty old hotel usually available for the price in the warf. I did not pick the hotel or we wouldn't have stayed in this area. I was WRONG. They've saved an old hotel from being an awful tourist trap. I was anticipating mushrooms growing on the carpets and paint from the 70's. But it was as clean as a Hampton in or Holiday in express I would usually use during the week for work. Location is at the end of the war so getting in and out of there was easy. It's also at the end of Columbus state getting into little Italy and over to China town were also simple. Again, I did not expect this clean of a room for that close to $200 in this area. Would stay here again if asked to. Cons: Charged for waters. Hotel elevator room card reader. In room AC could have worked better, but it was well enough that we didn't bother to complain. Not enough outlets. Though there are charging stations in the room, only 1 next to the bed and the other shut off when the TV was off. Stairwell doors all need new door closers. Bed looked lumpy but slept fine.
Good location bad wifiPros: Wifi quality is to bad for the value hotel Cons: WIFI, gym facilities
