The room was really nice and clean. Oddly enough,the shampoo and conditioner they use is very pleasant smelling. The location was relatively close to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square which was great so we didn't have to spend money on Lyft or Uber. Pros (+) Really great location. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf, pier 39 & 33 (for Alcatraz tours). Concierge was helpful to arrange shuttle to airport and map of.local area and nearby attractions.
Cons (-) Paying for parking amd not the most helpful for helping with luggage. Check-in attendant was not the most friendly. View from room was odd - it was looking right at another room. Not quite a courtyard just a small square that looks at other rooms.
