Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to Chinatown, local cafes, and entertainment options. The value for price is also frequently mentioned as a positive, especially for budget-conscious travelers. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of pests and unpleasant odors, and several guests experienced poor service or unhelpful staff. Overall, the hotel is seen as a practical choice for those prioritizing location and affordability, but it may not meet expectations for cleanliness or service.AI-generated from customer reviews
