Cons (-) No AC!!! And it was 95 in the city that day We had to check out and get a room across the street at the Hilton
Pros (+) Coffee shop attached had excellent coffee with a discount for hotel customers. Bed was also quite comfortable
Cons (-) One of the noisiest hotel rooms i've stayed in. There was very loud banging from water pipes inside the room as well as lots of traffic and street noise. Also lightbulbs in the room were burned out.

Pros (+) The staff was quite helpful and also let me leave my bag for the days whilst I was gone. I would highly recommend it and will plan on staying there next time I am in town!
Pros (+) Saw many complaints about the location but it was a great area within walking distance of Union Square, Chinatown and other locations to get to via public transportation and lyft. The staff (from the front desk to the maintenance) was all incredibly helpful and kind. If you want to stay around Union Square, this is the place to do it!
Cons (-) The elevator was a bit small and the closet didn't have a light in it so it was a bit hard to see in there. Additionally, when windows were open due to sleep temperature, it was a little loud despite choosing a "quiet room." Otherwise, we loved it!

Cons (-) I did not like the fact that there was no hotel parking. We had to pay for overnight parking and the total came out to $95 for 2 nights.

They also alerted me to the fact that the church down the street double parks on the street and blocks you in. Cons (-) Street noise was substantial, but this is downtown SF after all so it wasn't unexpected. Just bring earplugs. Bathroom was very tiny and a little cramped, but made up for it in charm. Nice big and deep bathtub helped.
