Cons:
We were completely lied to about the price that was advertised, our fees were raised twice for being a young driver instead of once. We have used many different car rental companies and have never had an issue. This was by far the worst rental experience we have ever had.8.4 Very Good

Person who checked out the car was simply not interested in saying even a word. I'd hope you'd tell me what amount'd be charged to my credit card before it's charged and also where the lifts are and how to get out to the HWY due to all the construction on the streets.Cons:

- We had initially booked to pick up our car 8am on a Saturday, but we were able to pick it up the evening before (around 7pm on Friday) with no additional cost - Staff at 1200 Stanley Montreal location extremely helpful - Brand new car in excellent condition - Pick up and drop off location was booked for different provinces but extremely satisfied with the low price8.8 Very Good

Pros:
Great value for having different locations for pick up versus drop off. Pick up location is not too far from the Montreal Airport and very close to downtown. It is a very affordable option (versus pickup at Airport) by taking a Uber to this off airport location.Cons:
The brake keeps making a squeaking sound which makes me nervous. Rentals from Avis are never clean anymore - neither the inside nor the outside.10.0 Wonderful

Car was not cleaned properly, found melted chocolate peanuts in my cup holders and crass throughout. Wipers were terrible and couldn't see out my windshield driving 3+ hours in the rain. Massive scratch on passenger doors that was not noted in the inspection that was done without my presence!8.0 Very Good

The car was very clean and the airport drop off was fast and easy.Cons:
There was confusion at the pick up point as to where a car was. When it came it was smaller than we'd booked. I think the reason was that it was plated in the province we were dropping the car off in.Budget
