It was dirty, smelled of smoke and rattled on the road. Every time we started the car, the stereo gave a spiel about being in start up mode. It was annoying and should have been fixed by the time the car had 16,000 km on it.2.0 Poor

Got a new 600km economical car. Very clean and mint condition.Cons:
When I arrived, the representative tried to sell me a car upgrade, was very pushing, he was saying a bigger car with bigger engine would save me gaz on the highway, but it was for city usage. Then told me a bigger car would be more comfortable. I made a reservation there because i need an economical car with good rate, i just got a new born. After, they called me 2 days after I returned the car asking for more money because they said they were closed and can not confirm exactly what time I dropped the keys in the dropped box. Overall, that location are very sales oriented and try to get as much money as possible from customer. I'm very disappointed.Europcar
