Pros: Pick up and drop off was painless and easy. The Alamo counter is shared with National and Enterprise. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

Pros: The staff in Missouri was very helpful, apologetic and willing to work with me to get into another car. Review for him is great! Overall, it being booked only an hour before, I was happy to get into anything so my review is only to highlight some things. I'd use your company again for the speediness and rate alone.
Cons: The cleanliness. And the maintenance. CLEANLINESS: The car was pretty dirty inside. It still smelled heavily of cigarettes, had about 5-6 cigarette burn holes in various seats, ceiling and roof, and there was just general dirt and dust in there. Lots of stains. Probably the filthiest interior of a rental I've ever been in. Again, the staff was extremely apologetic and seems like he was ready for me to ask for him to fix it, but I was happy to have something in a short notice. I told him don't worry about it, just please mark it on the pre-drive damage sheet (which showed the exterior damage, many decent size dents) so I wouldn't be charged. He obliged. MAINTENANCE: The maintenance lights showed it was way overdue for service. Warning comes on as soon as you start the car that reads, "Service Required (-4678mi, -9days)". The car only has 44,668 miles so I was surprised at how beat up it felt mechanically. Overall, the car ran fine, got good gas mileage and was reasonably comfortable for my needs and timeframe. Other customers likely would've had an argument to make.

Toyota Sequoia
Pros: I liked that it was able to fit everybody comfortably & there was enough room for our luggage.
Cons: The seat was so uncomfortable that my back, legs, and neck are so stiff. There should've been an opportunity to check the vehicle out first to make sure that it would be a fit for the drive.
