Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, especially for access to The Rocks, cruise terminals, and Sydney attractions. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the breakfast offerings. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly in the bathrooms, and noted that rooms and facilities felt dated and in need of refurbishment. Despite these drawbacks, the value for the location and the overall positive service experience stood out for most guests.

Pros (+) We love the location and the beautiful rooftop pool. We were also given a different room when a jackhammer was being used on the street outside our window late at night.
Cons (-) Other hotels haven't made us wait to check in if rooms were available before 3pm. We also didn't get a complimentary breakfast like we expected because we booked through a third party website.
