Cons:
The Tambor budget office is a one man shop, and apparently that one man doesn't like to work. We showed up on schedule to the Tambor airport, but there was no shuttle to pick us up. When we finally hitchiked our way to the Budget office, it was closed. So we had to get a taxi 30 minutes away. Was impossible to get in touch with Budget. Eventually did, car was supposed to be delivered next day, but was not, and no answer for calls. So... we failed to rent this car.10.0 Wonderful
