Quick, easy, efficient
Pros: The woman in Telluride was super nice and accommodating. She made the process super easy and got me on the road in record time, which I needed cause I almost missed my flight! Drop off was also really easy.
Cons: Nothing. It was a perfect experience.

Pleasurable
Pros: I appreciated getting an SUV instead of a compact car for our trip to Denver in front of a snow storm. Pickup and drop off was a snap. Loved the GPS and backup camera.
Cons: The 800 number for after-hour questions wasn't helpful, but I'm glad that they didn't charge me for another day despite the drop-off box's saying that charges would continue to accrue until the rental office opened the next morning.
