Worse experience everPros:The car was in good condition.Cons:Obligatory charge for winter chains (other rental company es not charging for it -I actually had to change rental company sam I know this for a fact). They also checked my car upon return without me being present and found a scratch that was not there before. I was not aware of anything scratching my car and I was not present when they inspected it upon return. They charged me for “repairs” 20200 Dinars which is unbelievable amount. They were not able to show me what they based their repair fee on. This was not Thrifty this was AVISReviewed 9 Jan. 2018
