Pros:I had a great experience. My representative was attentive, detail-oriented, possessed a positive and friendly attitude. Carol made my experience at Thrifty/Dollarz an enjoyable one. Pros:I was able to get checked in and out very quickly.Cons:The service rep seemed to be agitated and irritated. It was apparent he was in a bad mood and the energy carried over into my experience. I noticed there was a small crack on the right of the car the following morning. I would have preferred there to be a check out area where the customer can review the car prior to taking off the lot. I dropped the ball because I neglected to do my due diligence prior to leaving the lot, but if there was a dedicated area where this can be done that could save time and money.Reviewed 15 Feb. 2021

Cons:First, I couldn't get the car I reserved, the employee did not care and they over charged me for the car as I had booked a premium car and did not get it. Second, once we found the car, when we opened the doors, all we could smell was cigarettes, and there were ashes, food crumbs, dirt and greasy door handles. Filthy car, we pulled out our own cleaning supplies to clean it. Third, we complained to one of the employees, and they acted like they did not understand English.
