Near subway station and good location. Stayed here many times
We really liked the location of the hotel. The lobby was gorgeous. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Japan during our trip and basically every hotel room looked almost the same, so we got what we expected. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay in this hotel short because of Covid-19 our original flight back home was cancelled and the hotel staff was super helpful.
The room was so small, we hardly had room to pack our stuff.
staff was able to call taxi reservation。
bathroom lacked refill
good food and ofuro
Probably just convenience. Quite easy to get to the hotel.
Staff was selectively friendly. I noticed there is quite a number of Caucasians staying in the hotel and staff was only friendly towards them but was quite hostile to me. Rooms are too cramped and not that comfortable. Pillows are so thin. Not worth the price at all.
