Decent size room, very well priced --> close to Metro
Food options around not amazing
super clean and compacts
the pillows are too hard for me
Great to have laundry room upstairs and 711 on the door step. Good location with good food around!
The breakfast was strange. We know that they had to change the food because of corona virus and we chose both the Japanese option and the western option but both were not good quality meals. We’ve been to a lot of hotels in Japan and the food has always been high quality and to good standard but this was a let down. The cleanliness of the room also left a lot to be desired. There were makeup stains on our walls and our bed linen when we arrived as well as hairs inside the sheets and in the bathtub. We stayed three nights so when we had the room cleaned we thought they might change the sheets but the make up stains were still on them... Expected much more.
The location is quite good as it is a 5 minute walk to the metro. The room was clean and there were options for an "eco room" where you can pay slightly less and not get room service which was fine for us staying 2 nights.
Akasaka metro is not the best connected to get to other popular areas The room was small The receptionist was a bit moody
Clean, looks new, in a quiet area, good subway access
Everything was very nice.
The actual rooms are smaller than Westerners are used to, but that is a minor issue.
