Very bad experience with Drivalia Car rental company. They handed over the car to me with numerous damages and scratches. Although I pointed out the damage to them at the time of pickup, they assured me that the damages were already recorded. However, today they sent me an invoice for over 400 euros. I suspected there might be issues during the return, so before leaving their parking lot, I took photos of all the damages. The photos have timestamps and geotags indicating the date and location. During the car return, their inspector tried to claim that I had caused the damages. I showed him all the photos I had taken, but they still sent me the invoice.

Upon Arriving at airport we waited almost an hour for shuttle to return. Another couple had been waiting long before us, and they decided to catch a cab. We were about to do the same, but shuttle showed up. Staff was great, helpful and the vehicle was new, so super happy about that. Upon dropping off vehicle, the staff member insisted had had gone way over on the mileage, and how big of a deal it was going to be: Upon the realization he was wrong, by almost 700km, he was apologetic. Was still frustrating. Had a long wait for shuttle back to airport as well. Overall though, good experience.
We booked one day before departure. Prices prior were exorbitant circa £600-1000 which was ridiculous.. We even emailed Leasys direct questioning high rental quotes. Clear profiteering by all companies. All should just have offered competitive prices beforehand. We have used Leasys(Drivallia) previously. Excellent service, collection and return. Will continue to book with them but only if prices are reasonable. We would forgo a car rental if prices are not competitive. Big thank you to Qeebo for the price finally achieved. Can’t fault Leasys service it was excellent. Thank you
