Be more open about insurance coverage, as I was not told that I am responsible for full vehicle because I don't have Canadian driver licence. Had I not asked for confirmation, I would not have known that at the time, Also, overbooking of the vehicles is a real issue, although I did get a vehicle.10.0 Wonderful

They didn't have the car i wanted and tried to put me in a compact SUV?!?! I found out after the fact that the second driver was not added to the file. Originally rented a Kia, upgraded to Golf @ airport for $5 more.Cons:
Car needed servicing. Low Coolant light came on several times (looked under hood, it was very low, but there was a little coolant left). Also, ran out of washer fluid after the 4th or 5th use10.0 Wonderful

The staff was very helpful and friendly! It was a quick process to rent the car and the drop off process. The cars are close by to the airport which is great when you have lots of bags and kids!Cons:

When picking up the car they didn't have the car size I had reserved, the company representative tried to put me in a smaller car which was unsuitable for my needs, it took me sometime to convince him that I could not settle for his proposal and that I would expect from him to upsize the vehicle at no additional cost instead of downsizing at the same rate. Eventually he somehow found a proper size car which worked well but had a coolant level warning light come on intermittently while driving. I reported this problem after it had appeared a few times and was asked to bring the car in and exchange it for another. Needless to say I did not appreciate the "welcome treatment" I had received. Other than that everything worked out fine10.0 Wonderful
