My experience with ALAMO at Amsterdam City Center was extremely unsatisfactory. The unprofessional conduct of an employee named Paul, who refused to use an alternate card for payment, charged my credit card without consent, and declined to provide his last name, left me deeply dissatisfied. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing encounter.Reviewed 11 Dec 2023

Some difficulty with the payment credit card system like I have debit card and they refused revolut. Also my old licence seems here they need a new one. But we find the way. The car are well prepare super clean an a zone maintenance.Reviewed 25 Sept 2023
