no cars available, no service availablePros:The personnel at drop-off were efficient and kind.Cons:When i went to pick up the car, no one was there to help me. the employee that was available was not an agent. They shuttled me to another franchise location but they didn’t have any cars at all. none. they said i might be able to get one, maybe, later in the day but they’d have to charge me significantly more than i was quoted on orbitz.Reviewed 15 Jul. 2018

No mention of insurance rate during online booking!Cons:- I booked the car from Car Rentals. The price was good, around US$45 for two days, but made no mention about insurance. But when I picked up the car, I was charged insurance fee for almost double than what I paid for the car rental! How outrageous! - Alamo does not have a kiosk at Merida Airport and I waited for more than half hour to wait for a pickup to their center which was 2km away from the airport terminal. Very inconvenient.Reviewed 9 Jan. 2018
