I was scheduled to pick up the car at 11:00 AM, but I arrived at 11:45 AM. Even though I was a little late, the car was still not ready. I was told that because I didn't arrive at 11:00 AM, they hadn't prepared the car. One employee kindly helped by vacuuming it, but the car was not washed. It seemed like the staff were rushing because the location was about to close around 12:00 PM. However, customers who arrive before closing time should still receive the same level of service. The customer service was excellent during both pickup and drop-off. The instructions were clear, and the front-desk staff were professional and didn’t pressure me to purchase additional coverage for my rental. As usually happens. The car was mechanically well maintained, but its appearance was quite poor, with numerous scratches and old dents. Because of its condition, it was difficult to tell whether any damage was pre-existing or had occurred during my rental period.Reviewed 8 July 2026

Was just a flawless experience at the Phoenix sky Harbor location using Alamo skip the counter service save me so much time I went straight to the garage picked up my vehicle from the aisle and was on the road under 10 minutes.
