I dealt with a prior rental company however did not feel comfortable at the end of the experience. I decided to go with a brand in Alamo. Everything was done professionally with clarity and with GREAT value. The most important part was the amazing personalized service from Wilder in Poblado. He treated me like family. The didn't deliver the car to me because I have a foreign license. I have just moved to the UAE, I can drive my my foreign license for 6 months, but Alamo doesn't deliver the car to a resident who still drives on foreign license. I didn't end up renting the car The advertised price was wrong and they wanted me to pay $75 per day for insurance . We just went to the shuttle to the place and had to take a taxi to the airport to rent another car.Reviewed 9 Feb 2026

My bad experience is based on the additional service charges that made the final price much higher than what was shown on the app, even after I explained that my credit card already had full coverage. Very poor service; I was traveling with my children and four seniors and couldn't make another reservation due to our flight arrival times.
