Waited 6 hours stranded waiting for a new carCons:Alamo roadside assistance took 4-1/2 hours to send a tow truck. The initial tow truck was supposed to bring a replacement car - it didn't. Over all we were trended without a car for over six hours. We missed the wedding reception dinner b. Pros:location and easy drop off and decent pick up. price of vehicle was good but had to upgrade because price was for a Jeep Patriot-worse vehicle on the market. Agent was nice enouph to get me a upgrade for $5 a day moreCons:Price reserved was for a Jeep Patriot-WORSE vehicle ever. I probably won't use Budget again.Reviewed 30 Jan. 2017
